Additional Information on Case Basis
If you utilize our services for worker's compensation related support, it will involve uploading and transmitting your company's provider information, financial information, clients' health information and other personal information related to the provision of services related to injuries and illnesses covered by workers' compensation through such services. Please note, we share information with our third-party clearinghouses for claims submission purposes only. Also, pursuant to workers' compensation rules and practice, we provide information to insurance carriers, applicant attorneys or defense attorneys when a written request is made.
